Has this gun been thru the voluntary factory upgrade? From the picture it does not look it by the look of the trigger but this may just be a stock photo. So my question is when i order my sig p320 am i then going to have to send it back to sig as soon as i purchace or are all new pistols already upgraded?

yes all the sig 320s that Buds have are of the most recent made and will have the upgraded trigger

Upgrade intact Neil. Buds cycled through the last of the non upgraded P320's late May of this year. I would still check it thoroughly before transfer though. Check points are here  :  https://www.sigsauer.com/support/p320-voluntary-upgrade/
