Waldo, your selected FFL will contact you when your firearm is ready for pickup. Buds will also email you your tracking information so you will have an idea when it arrives. Some FFL's are busier than others and may be delayed a few days on contacting you. Once my tracking says delivered, I always call and ask for a pickup time frame just out of habit.

Waldo, Your FFL should notify you within 24 hours. Otherwise i would call them. They just need time to input into their system/
