Venom red dot. A previous buyer had said in the reviews that he had a "problem" with the his OSP venom optics and sent it in for a "prompt replacement", but no specifics were given. He may have gotten a green dot too. Should be red as advertised everywhere on this model.

For the price, I would say it comes with the Vortex Venom red dot, however, the part number XDM9459BHCOS does not designate the XDM9459BHCOS[PV] that would come with the red dot. I would call to make sure.
