John, BP muzzle loading rifles and pistols are not considered a firearm by the Feds. You can buy one cash & carry, or by mail order shipped directly to your door.

Federal law does not consider blackpowder guns a firearms so no restrictions are put on the buying and shipping of them and they are shipped directly to you without need to be transferred through a FFL
