Ok i just got pistol and i put maybe 50 rounds down range and not one time did the slide hold open on the last round anybody got any suggestions or solutions

Kevin remove the slide - insert the magazine and check if the slide stop lug is being engaged properly. If it is not the mag, then look for a worn/damaged slide stop lug.

Get a new magazine many times the failure to lock back after the last shot is due to worn mags
