My first question is stupid because I am 99.99% sure this shotgun is California Legal. But, the .01% of me wants to make sure before I purchase this firearm. My second question regarding this product is the layaway process. I understand how it works but this will be my first time using the layaway process and I wanted to ask people in the community on the reliability and satisfaction with the process. Thank You.

It is CA compliant James and I have purchased several firearms from Buds using their layaway program with nary an issue. The process is straight forward and easy.

Hi James, Yes this is legal here in Ca. I own one. I have never had an issue with Buds layaway. Once I pay in full my items ship right away. 2 days for handguns 5 days for long guns.
