Hi Frank, It was this weeks special. They're sold out now. When items go on sale like this it's best to just jump on it. Buds uses an automatic inventory price update engine that runs every 20mins. Prices are tied directly to stock levels and will change as stock numbers change. As inventory numbers go down, prices go up and vice-versa. Usually when popular items get low in stock.
Frank, being on sale and being a 40S&W caliber had the price low. Since Law Enforcement is switching back primarily to 9mm, 40's are starting to flood the market and the low prices are vendors trying to sell these less popular lower demand 40 caliber pistols.
