No, not now Herbert. Once your handgun is received by your selected FFL, they will transfer the firearm to you and collect their transfer fee which should be between $20 to $40 depending on FFL. The transfer fee is charged by and paid to the transferring FFL.

No the transfer fee is paid to the FFL who you pick the gun up from normally they range from $15-$50 and is between you and the FFL

Hi Herbert, No you pay the transfer fee to your FFL once you do the paperwork.
