Only received a packing slip with new S&W when picked up at FFL. For rebates S&W requires the actual "sales receipt" OR a copy of it in jpg, jpeg, png or pdf format if rebate is requested online. How do I get this from Bud's?

BTW question has been asked before and answer is "email Bud's". But Bud's wants to give you FAQ answers else you ask the Community. That seems a little bit like a Catch 22. So what am I doing wrong that I can't email them directly and ask them?

You can send them an e-mail from the E-mail Us tab. Existing Order Questions or Request Call Back should work. They also have a Chat option 7 days a week.
