sorry it does not fit it fits #69273 M&P SHIELD™ 40  M&P SHIELD™ 9  The Streamlight web site does not list one for the FNS 40

No Michael, this has a Smith & Wesson Military & Police Shield 9/40  "Trigger Guard" designed setup and the FNS 40 has a different trigger guard.
