Gustavo, the pistol with the brace would be very tempting if you are seeking the ultimate in portability and handling. The carbine will only give accuracy and ballistic advantages with a slight loss in speed of handling and portability. So whichever aspect is more important to your usage will be the determining factor.
I've been working with one lady in particular who just loves her Evo Carbine. It's scary to watch her maneuver it around tight CQB courses and clear rooms. She's fast and deadly with it to 75 yards. I do not believe the pistol would have any advantage at close quarters (except if you were in a vehicle) and the accuracy and quickness to neutralize the 75 yard targets is just not there.
It would depend on what you want to do the pistol is more versatile and easier to store/carry. The carbine is more accurate.
