Hi Tarre, Yes you can no problem.
Absolutely Tarre. The only thing to be aware of when using older magazines is that some later Gen pistols will have left/right switchable magazine releases for ambidextrous use and the magazine will have mag release cutouts on both sides of the magazine. Some older magazines may only have the cutout on one side so would not work if the mag release were switched on the pistol.
