Does this come drilled and tapped for a scope and with a scope rail to put on it ? If i got one of these i would definately want to put a scope on it. Thanks !

It has a dovetail but doesn't appear to be drilled and tapped but scope rings could be mounted and then a scope

It is not drilled and tapped. Its only a grooved receiver.
