Very early 03s did not have this notch which is designed to stop the hammer if it dropped from full cock. The general opinion is that 03s without this feature are Not Drop-safe and shouldn't be carried with chamber loaded.
Does this pistol have the "Half Cock" feature on the hammmer.
Is it considered safe to carry in chamber-loaded Mode?
