No David. The 40rd Magazine is made by ProMag. The Metal 30rd Magazine is an Original HK made Magazine.

The 40rd magazine shown in the picture was made in Malaysia as HK themselves never made a 40 round magazine. Promag makes a polymer 40rd magazine but that is not what is shown in the picture for these rifles.
