Before I purchased this Gun I went on Gallery of Guns. It clearly shows a Black Bag. I don't think Bud Guns will help me. They suggested calling Ruger to see if they will swap. I would think Buds Gun would help me. Why won't Bud Guns help me?

Hi Don, Unfortunately buds won't alter boxes as everything is sealed.

it is buds policy to not open the boxes at all and they will not deviate from that policy
