I have a gift card for $507.60 that I used to make a purchase of $210.55 so there's a balance of $297.05. When I tried using it again it says there is a $0 balance. How can that be?

They have been having some computer glitches lately I have a layaway that I owe $170 on one place says I owe the $170 the other shows that it is paid  Contact  customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM CST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
