From the CZ web site. NO  it is not CZ offers 2 .222 models the 527 American (21.875 inch barrel) and the lux (23.625 inch barrel) which both have  a 1:9 twist rate Buds listing is in error and correction email has been  sent http://cz-usa.com/product/cz-527-american/
