Anyone had any experience with this type of sale from a "reserve" list? When should one expect confirmation of it being shipped?

John, there really is no way to know precisely. All "Reserve Purchase" firearms  are listed as such because distributors are still able to get them from importers/manufacturers. They don't know exactly when or how many so there is no way for Buds to know either. I would still get in line as these C93 are reliable and extremely accurate firearms. Buds will always notify you when shipped or if an inordinate amount of time has passed with no acquisition of the firearm.

I talked to PTR a couple days ago on their Facebook page. They told me that they are aiming to have them shipped to stores by the end of August.
