Hi James, I doubt it as a .45 is usually bigger then a .9 or .40. It really depends on your holster.

both have a barrel length of 4.25 and Product length (in.): 7.63 for both so should be same frame but steve p is correct the width is normally the width is 1.12 for 9mm and is 1.18 for the .40

It will depend on the holster I can use the same holster for them with my alien gear holster all I would have to do is loosen the tension screws to make the holster wider
