I had asked in a previous post "Is this legal to own in Illinois or Wisconsin? I know it's a "pistol" but can you bring the stock up to your shoulder for target practice or is that turning it into a SBR thus illegal?" and received a couple good answers. Seems not legal to do so in Illinois where I live but I do 100% of my range time in Wisconsin so as an Illinois resident in Wisconsin would it be legal to shoulder?
