Will this upper marry up to my Ruger ar 556 lower? Also, when they say varmit rounds do they mean 55gr 223 rem? I picked those up to shoot out of my 556 nato thinking that accuracy wouldn't be affected out of my 1:8 twist barrel, boy was I wrong lol. Now I have about 800 rds that I don't want to bother with and looking for viable options to deal with my issue.
