I purchased a Dan Wesson PM7-45 last month and asked about frontstrap checkering. I received multiple reply's assuring me it was 25 lpi. INCORRECT! I had to spend $1400 to get my answer. After more research I found that the PM7-45 differs from the new PM-45 in that only the PM-45 has 25 lpi front strap checkering and additionally comes with a red fiber optic front sight.

Sorry about this event Scott. Community members here are non Buds employees with no access to any of Buds inventory. That level of accuracy requires Buds to verify this. It is still an excellent pistol and I sincerely hope it still serves your needs well Sir.  A nice 360 degree view of actual firearms would work wonders and alleviate this from happening in the future.  Buds?
