Geoffrey, this rifle has Buckhorn Style Rear Sight that Folds Down To Accommodate a Scope. Front sight is "Dovetail cut" as shown on page 15 item #66 (http://www.mossberg.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/464-Centerfire.pdf).
