Why do people state that the S&W J Frame grips will work on the Kimber K6s? I have both and the S&W grips do not work for that gun. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what will actually work for the Kimber other than VZ and Altamont?

Tom, the Altamont K6 grips and VZ are what I'm familiar with but they did not allow my pinky to get a stabilizing grip either and were sent back. Until aftermarket gets in the game full steam, I am working on a custom grip base off of the originals. Been searching for weeks with no luck.
