I can tell you this. Judging from the photo alone, they are at least a pre -11 made gun. The -10 was the last model 10 before they went to the internal firing pin and MIM parts. That puts these guns made before 1997. It's safe to assume that they were all bought at the same time period, and are the same - guns. The heavy barrels were introduced in 1959, so until someone starts posting about the - numbers, the best that can be said is they were made after 1958, and before 1997. I suspect they will probably be - 8, 9, or 10.
I just received mine and it is a 10-6 which means it was made between 1962 - 1977. Although showing a little wear It is not in bad shape. Barrell is in good shape. It came with black aftermarket grips. Overall I am happy with purchase..
