Jim, the barrel on the TAC 14 is too short to add a shoulder stock without filling out appropriate NFA Tax Stamp application and $200 Fee.

Jim the Tac 14 is in such a grey area for being legal that I would not modify it at all I cant afford to defend myself in court even if it is Legal
