Question is does every firearm have to fo thu FFL first now when buying? The reason I ask is I bought a Mossberg 22 carbine type rifle a couple years ago and it actually was delivered Fed Ex. I did a fact check on myself about this and yea, the 22 was delivered by Fed Ex to my door.

This is the case now David. It actually was the case then too. Usually only certain Muzzle Loader and Black Powder firearms are FFL exempt.
