Absolutely not Kevin. You would have to register the firearm as an SBR "Short Barreled Rifle" with the addition of this shoulder stock. It would be an NFA firearm at this point.

No, it would be considered an NFA weapon and have to be registered.

No, it would be considered an NFA weapon and have to be registered as a NFA weapon and need a tax stamp and NFA paperwork
