Yes, Robert these are compatible with the AR 22LR rifles and pistols that are utilizing an AR 22LR conversion bolt, or feature a dedicated AR 22LR upper receiver.

No they will not the M&P 15-22 uses it own magazine design it is not a AR-15 conversion here is the 15-22 mag https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/714008797
