1911 magazines that do not fit flush need to have a stop on them like the 10 round 45 acp mags or you are in danger of over inserting them when you go to slide lock and reload which means the gun won't work until you knock it out with some effort. This Officer's size 9mm 1911 has no other option than the 8 rounders unless you weld a stop on one of the 10 round mags. You can use 10 round magazines but be gentle when you seat them or they will stick.
