Hi Lance, this is standard. All of Buds firearms are listed with a "Cash" Price and a + 3% "Retail/Credit" Price. This basically covers the 3% charged by Credit Card processing fee. Details here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/payment.php
its just a matter of words other retailers list a "retail" price and add 3 % for non cash/credit cards buds lists the "retail price with the 3 % non cash/credit card fees included and they list a "cash" price which has the 3% deducted

The cash price is when you pay with a check, the retail is when you use a credit card

It is higher because that's the way it is. If you want the cash discount price you would have to use a check or a qualifying payment type. It basically covers the price for Bud's thus giving you a slightly higher price but it's no big deal if you support budsgunshop you don't mind. It was my pleasure to assist you. Good day sir
