I have not had any issues with E-checks and I use the all the time be aware that the will delay shipping by about 5 working days for them to clear If you still have issues Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 9am-9pm mon-fri or use the blue Chat Now button we are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions
