Daniel, I would go with the 320 over the 365 for the versatility of the accessory rail. You will also have better accessory and holster selection as well. A good carry holster/rig will make the extra weight less of a factor.

Actually the 365 does have a proprietary rail (built in) that Sig is supposed to be making lights/lasers to fit. The rail is NOT of the Picatinny/Weaver style. This is what I have read anyway. I have a 320 SC and have held the 365, so to me another way to look at the two might be is this …. if you have large hands go with the 320 … if you have smaller hands or want it to also fit, say your wife, go with the smaller frame 365. Both are nice guns. Another point is that the 320 is modular and can be changed to .357 Sig or .40 SW if you want. And can be converted to a Compact or Full Size if want a larger frame later on. The 365 does not offer these options. Just some things to consider … you'll be happy with either I'm sure. Oh and there huge selections of holsters for both out there and more to come.
