What is the turn around time for Buds to go over submitted documents for the discount? It seems to have been awhile since I have submitted and still havnt even got an email letting me know it's being processed is this normal?

What is the turn around time for Buds to go over submitted documents for the discount? It seems to have been awhile since I have submitted and still havnt even got an email letting me know it's being processed is this normal?

Hi Jason, Buds will not notify you even though they say they will. You should be able to place QP items in your cart and purchase after 3 business days. Just do a mock check out on something and if Buds needs anything else from you they will let you know during the checkout attempt. You don't have to buy it but just try it.
