Jason, Yes it DOES come with treated BCG, pinned and staked gas key. Right handed charging handle. Real nice 15" thin hand guard. dust cover and forward assist. I;m holding one on my lap as I type. CFU16300HBAR-15FCR. Great buy, made in America. I own it, don;t know where other responders got info. Please flag my response as BEST
Jason, And I was pleasantly surprised. I was not expecting BCG and charging handle from picture, but it had them when I got it

I believe it to not have a charging handle but it is a almost complete upper assembly. This is a great item and I recommended if you're building your own AR. Thank you it was my glad to be of assistance to you bye-bye.
