I think all of the current Colt CQB guns are series 70 however I think some CQBs have been series 80 in the past I would verify this with colt Customer service: +1 800 962 2658

No they are all not "Series" 70 Matthew. There is a 99% accuracy as to "Series" Type in Colts Model number with either 70 or 80 being present befor the CQB.
