Unfortunately Buds will not Joel. Buds does not open/alter firearm packages. They must be compliant from the factory. I know this would help many folks but Buds will not budge on this policy.

Unfortunately, Buds Gun Shop would not alter any firearm. The Firearms are sold as they come. You might want to try other sites that are willing to do that option for you.

Yes, Buds can remove the magazine and ship the firearm without it, as long as that is the only part of the firearm that is not complaint. They can not modify anything else, like change the muzzle device or mount a scope, but they can remove the magazine if it is over the allowed capacity of your state of residence.
