It's been almost a year since the question was asked concerning the upgrade. I'm supposing that all of the P320 Bud's sells are the current production models that doesn't have to be returned to Sig for the upgrade, would that be correct?

Yes they are Eric. Buds cycled through the non updated models in early May of this year.
