Auto loading guns whether they're shotguns, rifles or handguns often demand a certain level of what we'll call "power". Not powerful enough and the gun won't fully cycle. It's all about what this gun wants and needs based on how it was designed. You'll see this often with .22's. Some simply will not run with standard velocity ammo, they need high velocity ammo to function. First, I would try several brands and levels of ammo to see if you can find the right fit. Second, if you continue to have jams you may need to see a gunsmith or contact the manufacturer. Good luck!
