Adrian the 1/7 Twist will stabilize the widest range of 5.56/223 bullet weights so no worries there. Virtually any brass cased 66gr FMJ will work for target practice. Adrian, it will stabilize any bullet weight, but, the 1/7 twist is usually the most accurate with the heavier weights, 62 grains and up.
