It is not a sawed off due to overall length of at least 26". It is legal in NJ Joe due to not being classified as a shotgun and never having been fitted with a shoulder stock from birth.  ***We're currently not shipping this firearm to CA, MA, or OH***

yes it legal in NJ the ATF classifies it as a Firearm not a shotgun you must be 21 to purchase ***We're currently not shipping this firearm to CA, MA, or OH***
