James, yes, the action is Double Action .
It's both strker fired but not true da/sa like a revolver. You have to rack the slide to feed the ammo then after firing it has a short reset for follow up shots but a revolver you jus pull the trigger and it goes bang. It's considered double action but a little different. Hope this helps.
its a striker but has double strike capabilities A great feature on the 24/7 G2 is the Strike Two trigger., just pull the trigger again until it does.
