Robert, It can't be shipped to New York with the thumb hole in stock. How permanent would hole filling be if you could get one shipped to you? Hole would have to be permanently plugged/removed etc before it could be shipped. Problem is you can't get one shipped to your FFL in New York that is not state compliant

Hi Robert, unfortunately Buds does not open or alter firearms or accessories. The firearm must be state compliant as it comes from the Manufacturer at Buds. This is a long standing Buds policy.
