This listing is for a left-handed configuration. But have any of you left-handers tried a right-handed gun and liked it? Jim T's review below mentions his jaw and cheek getting sore when shooting due to the location of the speed tubes. So, I was wondering if choosing a left-handed gun is just absolutely necessary on this model. And, I can't seem to find an exact description of what the left-handed configuration is, as opposed to right-handed.

Philip, this is the shotgun edition for left handed shooters with the ejection port on the left side of the receiver.  I don't have any issues shooting with the speed stock either left or right hand as I am ambidextrous.

the only issue you will have shooting left handed with the right hand version of the 590a1 is that when you pump the gun the ejected shell will cross your line of vision (it bothers some people) .  with the top tang safety operation is not a problem
