Probably not. The Sig 238 or Kimber Micro both in 380 would though. I work at a public range and get to see people struggle daily with firearms and the ladies like these little pistols. The Beretta Tomcat works well too but the trigger is a bit harde for the first shot. It's a tipping breach so the slide needs not be racked at all.

This will be subjective depending on your size/build/hand strength. The best thing would be to find a local Firearm shop and experiment to find a pistol that meets your individual requirements then order it from Buds.
