I understand it's meant to be a full size as well as a replica of colt 1911 pistol. I was wondering if regular ''full size'' grips will fit. Namely the ''PACHMAYR GRIPS 1911 FULL SIZE'' (White) grips.

Yes Austin. This pistol has the exact same screw hole mount/points as the "Standard" 1911.
