The best is the Beretta Tomcat in 32ACP. The barrel tips up to load. No racking necessary. The next best is the SIG 238 in 380. Very easy slide to rack. The trigger is nice.

This will be subjective depending on your size/build/hand strength. The best thing would be to find a local Firearm shop and experiment to find a pistol that meets your individual requirements then order it from Buds.
