when it is available there is a blue "Chat Now" button on the lower right of your screen. Buds has been having trouble with it lately It comes and goes

Gene, LiveChat (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week), the "Blue chat now" button at the bottom right of the page. Buds has been slow to activate it recently so if is not there you can wait or call at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).
