I agree with all the above: hard plastic box, manual, inspector card, 1 Act-Mag, and the gun. One difference I noticed with my particular unit I received was that the box is not in an American Tactical Imports logo'd hard plastic case like I've seen in youtube reviews of the ATI FX1911. I actually can't complain much on the hard plastic case I received because is sturdy and has dual sliding clasps with holes for locking; I just wish it was slightly larger.
